fuck your worry

People worry,

worry is natural, but also unnecessary and controllable.

There are so many who don't realize they've let worry control their lives. Worry is controllable

to move away from any negative emotion and stop worrying, simply move into gratefulness

find something anything to be grateful for and within that make sure it's not something you're neglecting.

YOU CAN SLAY THE DEMON OF WORRY WITH THE SWORD OF GRATEFULNESS
WORRY IS PRAYERS TO THE DARKNESS, GRATEFULNESS IS PRAYERS TO THE LIGHT, THE DARKNESS CAN GO FUCK ITSELF.

ROBERT GREENE HAD A STROKE

"you must assume formlessness in life   when you have a stroke it's not easy to do that, you can't do it physically so your mind has to do it."

- Robert Greene

he's one of my favorite authors I only recently learned he had a stroke.  it happened in 2018 after I had mine

like me he currently does not have the use of his left hand and leg

but I refuse to resign myself to that fate. It's clear to me that the path I'm on is truly unique and I truly am exploring using my fluid mind and utilizing techniques no one has before

co creating with the universe

I am a mystic and it is my mission to imagine and create and know, then show.

decide on confidence. insist

mys·tic
/ˈmistik/
noun
  1. a person who seeks by contemplation and self-surrender to obtain unity with or absorption into the Deity or the absolute, or who believes in the spiritual apprehension of truths that are beyond the intellect.

A mystic doesn’t say “I believe.” They say “I know.” A true mystic will ironically speak with that self-confidence but at the same time with a kind of humility. So when you see that combination of calm self-confidence, certitude, and humility all at the same time you have the basis for mysticism in general.

Richard Rohr

universal guidance

the two things I know to do and that I definitely stick with aside from other manifestation techniques is 1. stay positive and grateful 2. listen to the universe.

ESCAPE ROOM RULE LIFE LESSON EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN THE ROOM

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN THE ROOM

THE ESCAPE GAME WILL RELY VERY LITTLE ON OUTSIDE KNOWLEDGE, ALL THE INFORMATION AND RESOURCES ARE IN THE ROOM

You may very well have everything you need to play the game, if you don't think you have it, chances are it has not been revealed to you yet, play forward, keep moving. the information, or resources will reveal themselves at the right time.

be grateful

 be grateful

whatever you got going on today

even if it's annoying, gotta go to work ?

 got laundry, dishes to do?

be grateful you have the ability to do so.

I miss washing my hands  , I haven't been able to sit in a chair properly or wash one hand with the other for close to three years.

certain things you def don't think about til after you lose it. like something as simple as sitting in a chair  you don't realize how your body does certain things automatically, like when you sit in a chair, your legs automatically adjust to lower you down into the seat, I don't have that function, so sitting in a chair us basically me trying to guesstimate how I can fall safely into the chair, and that chair must be secure and heavy enough to not fall over. cuz I could easily just knock it over and fall on the floor

your mistaken need for a relationship

it's sad that many people never learn to really live confidently with themselves. there are army of people that are desperate to be in a relationship, as if that's what they needed to define who they are. of course I may not fully understand the plight. I've never had a problem getting into relationships or dating. then again I've always been pretty confident in who I am and never needing anyone else to help define me.   I had the benefit of learning myself, who I am, what my goals are. too many just jump into life looking to complete themselves before they fully understand who they are.

balance is perception

balance has been a major theme on this journey through being hemiplegic

been half paralyzed now for almost three years

walking on a tight rope is literaly what it feels like for me to get up and go to the bathroom or anywhere in the house. about 3 years of this. builds up a certain amount of confidence and courage, I certainly have a different perspective on everyday physics and body function plenty of distressing situations where I think I could use help, buliteraly what it feels like for me to get up and go to the bathroom or anywhere in the house. about 3 years of this. builds up a certain amount of confidence and courage, I certainly have a different perspective on everyday physics and body function plenty of distressing situations where I think I could use help, but find that there's no one coming to help, learn to save yourself I've gotten pretty good at that.

one of the lessons I learned from martial arts that has really helped on this journey is the idea that balance is perception. if you can perceive you have balance you'll find that you do.

and now I embark upon creating a truly great love story partially inspired by previous feelings and exploits and also on what I hope is happening to me now.

impossibly confident

To accomplish what I'm about to accpmplish really rewuires another level of thinking
A higher level. you have to maintain a solid mental diet that only builds and fosters positivity.

Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Francis of Assisi

and my favorite quote from nelson mandela

and as Walt Disney says " It's kind of fun to do the impossible".

SMART AND CONFIDENT

i realize  I'm a character  introduced in the middle of a story already in motion. I know I'm unexpected and a total surprise. do I complicate things, yes, probably for the other players, but  I'm here now and I know what I want and I will not be shy about going after it, going after her. the man in the black hat gathers every manifestation tool he has and moves forward with smarts and confidence.

be grateful for everything

there's a great sheryl crow lyric

"It's not having what you want
It's wanting what you've got"
be grateful, even now I'm very grateful I'm here with my mom, to be here in this house my dad built, even after he's passed away, he's still providing for me. I'm grateful for that.
cherish every little thing you have and can do. in an instant I lost the ability to do a lot, like, I actually love washing dishes, I love that I had my own place and my own stuff and I had the ability to use that stuff, clean it and take care of it. so whatever menial task you have to do or may even complain about, be grateful, because none of it is menial, I continue to be grateful cuz I could have died, but i still have a shot to live the way I deserve and desire and once I'm no longer paralyzed I will be grateful still, to be able to do it all, to stand up from a chair properly, to washe dishes, to be able to hug with both arms and in the future I will continue to be grateful, for my ability, and my stuff, because it's all a privilege.

manifesting 101, two techniques and a note on how I've done it

  #1 working with the universe.

 specifying your desire

feeling the final result living in the moment of having the final manifestation

letting it go and trusting the universe to deliver it

here is a video explaining specific steps by amy

#2 you create reality, not attracting,  delinerately creating because you are god.

or the neville godard technique, everyone is you pushed out. based in quantum physics

 here's more from joseph alai

my technique is kindve a combo of both techniques above, but really about maintaining a confident positive perspective and trust the universe to deliver or to help guide you to take proper steps.

because of this I've hadconstant help and support in my journeys, I've met amazing people and experienced amazing things, and I will continue to do so,

Iknow what I am about to accomplish, escaping paralysis, creating big projects seemingly out of nothing, alot of it will seem magical or even miraculous, but all is possible if you believe, I'm confident in this. mymost current proof is in the form of this amazing woman I'll call malyshka. she's proving to be exactly the romantic partner i've been looking for  and the strongest motivation for me to get homr to texas.  I will keep working towards this and I will keep believing.

i want to take you to church

I wandered around and finally found, that somebody who
Could make me be true
Could make me feel blue
And even be glad just to be sad, thinking of you
Some others I've seen
