there is no cavalry, no one is coming to save you, you must save yourself

it's this realization going through this para;ysis that has fueled my want to help those that need the cavalry to come savethem. while i recognize the strengths i'm gaining living through this disability. i also don't want anyone else that doesn't need to go through this to go through this.
