law of assumption anxiety techniques

One of my favorite ways to deal with anxiety is to create in my imagination a conversation in the future, where i'm talking with someone about this past moment, (my current present) and talk about how nothing came of my worries, and I had nothing to be concerned about, because here we are in the future looking back on how it all turned out amazing. And what you create in imagination is reality, so that future conversation is set, I was there cuz I felt it happening, it's true, therefore no need to worry now.
