Because more than one person asked. Here is a list of just a few Horror themed film fests coming up that you can and should submit to.

In order of Deadline. Entry fees listed are either earlybird or regular dealine for short films only, so check the sites themselves for any later deadlines and fees for feature length or otherwise.
